It is always a honor when a fellow photographer trusts you to capture their own family! With so many wonderful options out there, it’s truly one of the highest compliments! I met Jessica and her family last year for a beach session, and was so glad to have them back again this year! They visit the Outer Banks the week of Thanksgiving and this year we decided to change it up a bit and skipped the beach for a sunny session at Roanoke Island Festival Park. We spent some time on the main lawn before taking a stroll along the dock that runs the perimeter. It’s such a great little hidden gem a nice change of scenery for green space!
