On trend for my 2021 weddings is another amazing event at The Pavilion at Pirates Cove Marina. So thankful to have a local venue that welcomed couples with open arms to host their event when other’s wouldn’t. Jessica & BJ were originally scheduled for spring of 2020, but thanks to the issue-that-shall-not-be-named, they were delayed a year like so many other couples. I’m a firm believer that good things come to those who wait, and we had an absolutely PERFECT day at Pirates Cove for them to say “I Do”. They had an amazing team of vendors to make it all possible, and the end results was perfection!
Jess & BJ both got ready in properties on site (so convenient!) and opted for a First Look, which is such a game-changer on a wedding day. Their bridal party was so on top of it, and we were able to accomplish so much prior to the ceremony they were able to enjoy cocktail hour with guests! The entire day couldn’t have gone better, and we even had a chance to sneak out for some late afternoon portraits in that sweet golden hour. If there’s one thing we cannot stress enough, it’s the importance of having an experienced, professional, and local wedding coordinator. We love working with Beth of Engaging Events because she’s the master of keeping things organized and on-task! When couples built in the appropriate amount of time on their wedding day it makes for a seamless transition throughout the timeline – and ensures that we’re able to give our full attention to each aspect of the day! We loved getting to celebrate with these guys, and couldn’t think of a better way to finish up our spring weddings!
