I love all of my sessions, but this session in particular I was REALLY looking forward to. That little peanut inside her mom’s belly is my soon-to-be niece and I couldn’t be more thrilled for her impending arrival. When my sister-in-law, Rainnie, told me she and Dave were going to come for two weeks in the fall and had rented the Historic Rascoe Cottage in Nags Head I knew it would be the perfect backdrop for her Outer Banks Maternity Session. We did things a little unconventional, shooting mid-day as opposed to golden hour, but we had A LOT to fit in. This session was a two-part…..the first half at the cottage and the second half at a little secret spot tucked away on the north end of Roanoke Island. I know her Uncle Rob and Aunt Courtney aren’t the only ones excited about her arrival, her pup Lucy is already getting a jump start on baby snuggles.
