We know planning a wedding isn’t easy, and our goal is to be transparent and straightforward with our packages. Our standard wedding day begins at 8 hours of coverage, which we feel is the baseline to capturing ceremony + reception.

We approach your day from an editorial, or magazine-
like, standpoint. We’re relaxed and easy going, but we
also recognize that a wedding day is a carefully
choreographed dance of both organic & curated moments.

Connecting with the wedding and the people involved on a personal level is hugely important in creating lasting images that will be part of your family legacy. Our approach is a mixture of hanging back to capture the candid moments, while also knowing when to step in and
help direct those moments that need it.

before you book

The Best gift to yourself on a wedding day

We feel passionately that having a professional coordinator on site is a key component to how we do what we do. It is truly the best gift a couple can give themselves during planning.

It’s important to note we do only accept bookings that are utilizing the services of a professional wedding planner or day-of coordinator. We are happy offer referrals if you didn’t already have one in mind.

You may be wondering…

Each of our couples are booked within our online client system, we try to make it as easy as possible. We do require a signed contract and $1,000 non-refundable retainer to secure your date. The remaining balance is split into two installments – 50% at the halfway point and the final 50% two weeks prior to the event date.

Engagement sessions are complimentary and included in our packages as a way for us to work together prior to the wedding day. We feel it’s a great chance for our couples to get comfortable in front of the camera and us to get to know each other. While you don’t have to do the engagement session, we highly recommend it and it does not change your package.

As soon as your wedding has been booked, you can start thinking about scheduling your engagement photos. If you’re coming from out of town we suggest having at least a couple days, to allow flexibility in case of weather reschedules. Keep in mind Spring & Fall we often have weddings on weekends.

While we encourage all couples regardless of wedding size to have a planner or DOC, for full-coverage wedding days we do only accept bookings for couples who are utilizing the services of a professional planner or day-of coordinator. We feel it’s an essential addition to the wedding day team, and allows us the ability to be fully focused on capturing your day.

After your wedding day we typically have a quick little preview posted to our socials within the next 1-2 days. The full gallery is ready within 8-12 weeks of your wedding date. Your final gallery will be emailed to you ready for downloading and sharing with your family and friends.

1000% YES. We’ve been os blessed to travel for many weddings over the years throughout the East Coast from Connecticut to Florida and West to the mountains. Domestic or International, our passports are always ready. While we love the coastal life, we fully believe a change of scenery also brings a fresh sense of creativity and we love mountain weddings as well!
