Not too long ago I had the privilege of shooting this wonderful family at their rental cottage in Southern Shores. As luck would have it, it was probably one of the hottest days we’d had so far – at it was HUMID. On the plus side, a storm was looming, which resulted in some wonderful soft light. They were troopers, and such a cute family! Their two little ones were adorable, and like with most siblings, little sister didn’t want her photo taken with big brother. Just wait until he’s the one with the drivers license and she wants a ride to see her friends. 😉 My favorite photos are usually without a doubt the candids, and these guys didn’t disappoint! No sooner than I got in my car to head home, the sky let out with probably the worst storm we’ve had thus far this year. I’m so glad I was able to finish up with this awesome family before the downpour.
