There’s just something so special about getting to be in on a surprise, and we absolutely LOVE getting to be a part of those moments. When Jennifer first inquired about scheduling an Outer Banks Family Beach Portrait during their vacation she mentioned that her brother, Dylan, was also wanting to propose to his girlfriend Morgan…..and we were so down! An extended family beach session is by far one of the *easiest* ways to sneak a proposal in, because of our natural progression of photos we make sure to capture everyone, so nothing seems out of the ordinary. I had a call with Dylan ahead of time to talk him through how I normally run sessions, so he’d have an idea of when the best time to pop the question would be. We were so blessed with the most dreamy gorgeous evening on the beach for the big “Will You?”.
