George is the epitome of an OBX kid—fishing, boating, and surfing are just part of his everyday life. Naturally, there was no better setting for his senior session than right at home and out on the water. We started in his backyard, a hidden little paradise tucked into the heart of Hatteras Village. After capturing a few sweet moments with his sister and their dogs, we headed out for the second part of our session—on the boat.

He probably spends more time on the water than anywhere else, so it was no surprise he felt completely at home behind the wheel. We cruised out to a small sand island where his family owns land, arriving just in time for that perfect golden hour light. The sun began to dip, casting a warm glow across the sound, and we captured some truly magical shots to wrap up the evening.
